Dear Parents,
Firstly, I would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year!
May the new year bring more joy and good health for everyone in your family.
I appreciate your support throughout these two years.
To thank all of you, I have uploaded this year's Respect 8's photos into my Dropbox.
You may click on the following link to download your child's photos. The link and our Respect 8's Dojo account will be available until 31st January 2017.

Some heads up for the upcoming year as I am aware that most of you and your child are excited about the new class posting. These are somethings to take note:
1. School will start on the 3rd January (Tuesday), 7.30 a.m. and students are to proceed to the school hall.
2. Different class teachers will require students to bring different things so all I could advice is,
1) An English Storybook
2) Pencil Case with Sharpened pencils, erasers, ruler, blue pen, highlighter
3) Marker
4) Colour pencils
5) Waterbottle
3. Regarding Subject matters, I believe the new form teacher will inform you about it and if you have any questions, you may visit the school website to search for the class Form Teacher's Email (under Staff).
4. As the school is undergoing PERI Upgrading, students will have limited space to run about so please talk to your child about his or her safety in school during recess and after school. I believe that they have mature and will understand that safety always comes first. Thus, please convey my message to them not to bring any ball (example, basketball) to school.
5. Please remind our kids that on the first 4 days of school, they will be big brothers and sisters to the new Primary 1 students and I have assigned buddies for them. Their new form teacher will brief and inform them more on the first day of school. Please remind them that if they pair with a muslim student, they are to only bring them to the muslim stalls to buy food.
Once again, Thank you for your help and have a great year ahead!
Best regards,
Madam Lim
